Soros Group: Blackwell Is No. 1 Target for Democrats

Liberal forces – including a key group backed by George Soros - are saying their No. 1 political target is Ohio's secretary of state, Ken Blackwell.

...snip

The Democrats fear that Blackwell, a staunch conservative, will play a key role in winning Ohio for the Republican presidential ticket in 2008 – just as he did in 2004.

...snip

And Steve Rosenthal, CEO of the 527 group America Coming Together – a group backed by anti-Bush billionaire George Soros – has called the 2006 Ohio governor's race the most important in the nation.

Here's why:

...snip

"He's the guy Republicans love for certifying Ohio's 2004 vote for President Bush. And he's African-American and conservative. 'With him as No. 2, it creates a dream ticket,' said a GOP strategist."

2. Why has Blackwell sold out.....
to these crooks? He can suck up to them all he wants and they're never going to let him "in the club". They dangle the carrot in front of him, telling him he's going to be "one of THEM" if he plays ball. Does he actually think they're going to let him into the all white elite of Washington? He's crazy if he does. They'll use him, abuse him and cast him aside when they're through with him. Chapter one of the neo-con playbook.

6. My thoughts exactly...all along. Which Blackwell HAS to know...since he
IS a smart guy. That's why I've said all along, if anyone "squeals" about the EF, it'll be Blackwell. He knows he's expendible. So why not? Question is when?

4. That's what somebody in LBN said. I didn't know it was a conservative
site. Sorry! I found it doing a search for the "daily thread".

7. They better be targeting him..
He has his dirty hands all over the Thomas Noe fraud scandal, and needs to be pressured until full investigation and prosecution. (End result: No surrender equals Blackwell in the slammer.)

10. Bob Ney is more damaging than the Ohio Gov could be
I agree that Blackwell's career in politics should end, but also
feel that Congressman Bob Ney must be de-throwned, as he is the one holding the federal verified voting legislation hostage.

12. I like the way NewsMax spins this: "The Democrats fear that Blackwell,
a staunch conservative, will play a key role in winning Ohio for the Republican presidential ticket in 2008 – just as he did in 2004."

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

We're targeting him because he's a talented and promising politician???

Or is it possible he's a target because of his criminal actions in stealing the election and fucking over the people of his own state, and the country as a whole?

13. I vote for the second option.
:) I didn't read it any other way. I suppose the conservatives must have though. It's the only explanation. Surely they wouldn't come out and say they stole the election.

15. Second option..
Bob Fitrakis saw the papers from the state troopers. Blackwell and his "coin buddies" always had direct access to tabulator database.
