HAVA question- is there a waiver process
for a county under-- title 1 or 3--that allows for an extension to 2007.

--and still allows $$$$ for voting machines under title 1 and 3 ?

My understanding is that the Accessible machines don't have to be purchased until 2007.

Sect 301 a. 3. C: if purchased with funds made available under title II on or after January 1, 2007, meet the voting system standards for disability access (as outlined in this paragraph).

What do you think?
