I'm stuck- help-best way to research money paid to election officials?
Ok -- I've been to the FEC and Opensecrets--- cant find a thing.

Right now the big push is about money coming into the state (NJ) and Essex County.

List of suspects:
Carmine Casciano -- Essex COunty supervisor of Elections
Linda Von Nessi ---Board of Elections
Pat Sebold ---Essex COunty Freeholder

Sequoia voting Systems would have probably hired a lobby firm---

Is using the above online sources viable? Am I doing somethang wrong?
Or are we talking open records and FOIA requests?

They should keep these records in accordance with campaign reporting requirements. The candidates are required to file reports of donations.

6. From Sequoia -- maybe thru a lobby firm-- to folks on the list below
List of suspects:
Carmine Casciano -- Essex COunty supervisor of Elections
Linda Von Nessi ---Board of Elections
Pat Sebold --------Essex County Freeholder
Donna Kelly -------AG staff
Peter Harvey -------NJ AG
Marcus GReen-------chief of staff-- NJ AG

I got the word that there will be an announcment in the paper today.

Apparently Donna Kelly has called for the reversal of the Freeholders vote--there are also rumors about sanctions being handed out.

Gee-- did we start that?

We also found out that NJ passed a law in July of '04 banning lever machines, apparently the word went out that you have to do that to gets funds from HAVA title 1.

SOoo much misinformation going out its got to be coordinated--

Quacks like a duck-
Waddles like a duck

Must be a _ _ _ _
