Election Investigations from Florida, California, and Ohio KATHLEEN WYNNE of Black Box Voting
and technical consultant HARRI HURSTI of FinlandKathleen is an investigator with Black Box Voting. She will bring us the latest on the group's efforts in Florida and California, where a hearing was just held in Sacramento.
Harri Hursti is working on a technical report delineating the hackability of an optical scan voting system made by Diebold, due out in about a week. In three separate attempts over a four month period, Hursti and another computer expert visited the Leon County Elections Office (FL), and demonstrated how the election data could be hacked and changed.
FLORIDA: From the county's report: "Granted the same access as an employee of our office, it was possible enter the computer, alter election results, and exit the system without leaving any physical record of this action."Website: Black Box Voting
