has anyone else asked their SOS about the recent BBV report on opscans?

Our state is almost 100% diebold opscans. So I wrote to my SOS expressing concerned. I got a somewhat canned response, mentioning that the testers were handed the memory cards and in our state the memory cards are kept secure. Nothing mentioning the executable file found on the cards, which to me is the greater issue. Secret software code is just as bad if not worse than hackability.

I'm wondering if anyone else has written to their SOS expressing concerns about the findings of the recent BBV investigation on diebold opscans. And what kind of response you got.
