Sherole Easton Mediation Scheduled, TRO Extended
From

###Monday, July 11, 2005
Report from Cliff Arnebeck:

The Assistant County Prosecutor for Hocking County today proposed an agreed entry to the Court extending the Temporary Restraining Order to allow time for a mediation between the Hocking County Board of Elections and Sherole Eaton. Hopefully there will be a positive resolution for Sherole.

If the mediation does not yield satisfactory results, we would have a hearing on the merits of the case consolidating it with the hearing on the preliminary injunction.
