I was contacted by he DCCC this morning about donating
I thanked her for her efforts, then I told the caller that it won't do any good to donate until the massive election fraud is stopped. The caller said she had several other similar replies this morning. I asked her to pass them on, she said she would and also recommended to contact them through their website and let them know how we feel. This is how I responded by email.....I will be happy to donate my time and money when something is done about the widespread election fraud . Bush HAS NOT yet won an election (and I believe some other repubs haven't either)- and until that happens (starting with educating the public) I will continue to withhold my support. All the money in the world won't help as long as they control the vote counting.

2. While your at it
YOu should ask them what Kerry did with the fifty million left over from his campaign. I want to know why he didnt use that money to fund an investigation into voter fraud accounts.

Interesting that they give Nader and company tons of shit. Meanwhile, he put all his dough on the line to see if the votes were legit. It wasnt until afterwards that the Dems jumped in. Over the years they've put more effort into attacking Nader than looking at what they do.

Something smelly going on with this party there days.

6. Kerry had under $15 million left and he used it to fund a ...
... recount in the Washington state governor's race and to start a grassroots mobilization PAC. I'm not aware that Nader did much of anything re: the election theft except a very cursory and inexpensive recount of fewer than a dozen precincts in New Hampshire. The Greens and the Libertarians, on the other hand, pumped serious $$ and filed recount suits in Ohio (that has still not been adjudicated), in New Mexico, in Nevada and in other places.

Besides, you should know that "voter fraud" is a Republi-Nazi Orwellian word-fuck to distort the reality of "election fraud" and "election theft". Or wasn't that clear in the "talking points"?

7. Wrong it was 50 million
Unless Amy Goodman is a liar?

Third-party candidates are requesting recounts in swing states as reports of widespread voting problems and malfunctions in electronic voting machines continue to emerge. Meanwhile, Democratic candidate John Kerry is sitting on over $50 million in unspent campaign funds, which could be used to fund recount efforts. We speak with Green Party presidential candidate David Cobb.

I am not aware of Kerry spending any of that money for recounts in Washington.

Nader did a lot more than Kerry did on the recount front. Sad but true.

8. Amy Goodman wasn't a liar, just misinformed.
The date of her piece is less than two weeks after the election, before the final campaign accounting reports were submitted.

As far as Washington state is concerned, PM Land Shark and other Washingtonians who can corroborate my statements there. Or just visit this DU thread which documents that the remaining funds were $14-15 million and that Kerry gave funds to Gregoire for the recount in Washington.

The only thing Nader did was get a (very inexpensive) recount in a small handful of New Hampshire precincts. He played no role whatsoever in any other state. Kerry filed suit in Ohio in support of the Green/Libertarian suit over the fraudulent recount there (again, a suit that is still pending). That activity is also documented in the archived thread above.

4. Bravo!!!!!!!! I do the same thing when I'm contacted by anybody
soliciting donations or subsctiptions or memberships, anything from the ACLU to the DCCC.

I have a form letter that I send (after tweaking to fit the particular outfit I'm writing to) which goes over the statistics and other info about the GA fraud and the 04 fraud and makes several points about the electronic voting machine scam and con game.

Got a call from the DNC recently and had a long talk with the young woman who was giving the spiel about how much Howard Dean is doing to promote candidates at the local level, etc.

I said I appreciated Dean very much, thought he was honest and sincere and doing a great service but that I had only a limited amt to spend and preferred to spend it where it would have some effect, i.e., on those who are pursuing the ony really vital issue in the country today: restoring our democracy by regulating or getting rid of the voting machines. She claimed not to know a lot about the issue but I gave her an earful, not blaming her since she's trying to do a good service. But for God's sake these people need to get their priorities right. Unless the machines are fixed, we're all up Bush **** creek without a paddle.
