sorry,,, I just have to say it is a misnomer to say Kerry has been "involved" in this struggle. I think he's been part of the problem.
the article also mentions that Kerry may be getting ready to withdraw from the suit... par for the course. I hope he responds to all the emails. but his track record on this has been very disappointing.
