Needed 20+ Candidates for Secretary of State
Hey everyone,

I was out on the campaign trail today teaching the facts about election fraud and thought about how the campaign trail for Secretary of State in 2006 and 2008 needs to begin now.

We need to secure candidates now, in every state we can.

Anyone want to help organize this effort?

Any candidates out there?

Know anyone who already is thinking about running that we could train in the facts?

Gentry

1. I would think Dean would have info on this.
He talks about have a canidate in every race. Contesting every state, every election.

I'm with you. We need a canidate, no matter how viable, in every SOS slot.

5. We may have a worthy candidate here in MN - - Christian Sande
I met him at a Democratic fundraising picnic in July. He had decided to run after serving on a legal team that had been battling the voter-suppression efforts of our Republican SOS, Mary Kiffmeyer.

Here's a link to his website:

I'll PM you with more details.

6. Super
We should start a check list of necessary requirements:

1. Against corporate control of voting machines
2. Against corporate "wine and dine" events by voting machine companies
3. An Understanding of the current National problem with NIST, NASS, and the like.
4. A clear understanding of the misconceptions of HAVA, what HAVA says, and what others "say" that HAVA requires.
5. VVPB
6. A call for precinct level random hand-counts, posted, and transmitted over the phone
7. Publicly-owned open source software
8. An understanding that some reforms are not immediately obtainable, and a committment to working to change laws as necessary over time to allow real voting reforms to occur

I'll add more rules for candidates over time. Like...

9. The ability and desire to speak clearly against voting fraud and coporate control.

7. Would help if SoS called for County Registrars to be elected rather than
appointed. Right now, Bowen in CA is not on board with this...
