Now that you have your Election Truth CD-ROM, what have you done with it?

It's my understanding that 300 copies are going to be given away at the event in Oakland tomorrow (http://www.califelectprotect.net/da/ElectionCrisis_poster_BW.pdf).

So tell me, have you watched it yourself? Did you make any copies? Did you give them away? Did you find it easy to give them away? Were people happy to take a copy and watch it? How many copies did you make?

5. insturctions

once you have the .iso file on your hard drive:

1) use your CD burning software to burn the .iso image file on to a blank CD. You may be able to do this by simply double clicking on the .iso file you downloaded. If that doesn't work, open up the program you use to copy and burn CDs. Somewhere in the application there will be a function "burn image to disk". use that function and select the .iso file to burn to the disk.

2) once the disk is burned, it's pretty self-explanatory. If your autorun is not disabled, simply putting the CD into the computer will cause the introduction to automatically load. If your autorun is disabled, use My Computer to navigate to the file on the disk named start-here.html. double click the file and you're in business.

6. Ive been using a friends G5 MAc to burn copies

4 minutes, 48 seconds, using Toast Titanium 5.2. My friend 1st had me copy and burn one at a time--- thats a waste.

I copied the CD to a folder and draged the contents of the folder into Toast, click on record. sit back.

And the autorun -- of course--- doesnt work on the MAC.

yeah, that's why I put on the label:

"insert disk. if program does not automatically load, use My Compter to find and open the file 'start-here.html' "

that was the best way I could think to deal with it. I hope people follow this and put that line on the label.

for those copying it, please make sure you follow the instructions that are on the FAQ/HELP page. The advised text to put on the label is there for you to copy/paste into any label software. There's also an image of the lable you can import if that's easier.

9. Thanks for this garybeck, but I can't get your paypal set up to accept

my visa number. Tried 4 times. Keep getting a message that my credit card # isn't right. My card is valid for everything else I buy. Sure nothing is wrong at solar bus's end?
