I have the ear of the campaign manager for a state constitutional office.
If he wanted to speak with someone at the 50,000 foot level, who would he contact?

What do you mean "state constitutional office"?
"50,000" foot level seems to say "higher up" but for what purpose are you looking to make contact?
The more specific you can be, the easier it will be for people here to help you.

The guy I am talking with is the campaign manager for a candidate for an office like governor, attorney general, secretary of state. I can't say more because people who know me will know who the candidate is.
They are forumulating positions.
I want them to talk with an expert in election fraud/reform who can give them an overview of why it is worth their time to support voter verified paper ballots.
