Bush Poll Numbers Hit New Low As He Loses Independents
President Bush's job approval rating has fallen to his lowest rating ever.
37 percent now approve of the job he is doing as president, while 58 percent disapprove.
Those in his own party are still overwhelmingly positive about his performance (nearly 80 percent approve),
but the president receives little support from either Democrats or Independents. And while views of President Bush have
lately not changed much among Republicans or Democrats, his approval rating among Independents has dropped 11 points
since just last month, from 40 percent to 29 percent now.

Ap;rove of BUSH? Are your crazy? I lived through NIXON, even HE was better than Bush. NEVER in my lifetime would I ever have thought I would live to say any President was worse than Nixon. Pitiful.

8. Pitiful is correct
Who'd'a'thunk we'd have someone worse than Nixon? But he is the worst. I have a 'W' sticker on my car, yep. 'W' stands for the Worst president ever.

Well, it all goes to show that W was never elected to begin with. Americans are not that stupid. So, the only way to describe how W got in the White House is that he stole the elections. The 2000 election, there is no question. Gore won that one outright.

In 2004, there remains to this day, a question of who really won that election. But that question is, little by little, being answered. For some here, there is no question: It was stolen. Those that feel it was stolen have done their homework, after wading through the bullshit thrown at us in order to keep us off track.

But the evidence is there for anyone willing to search for it. While there is no evidence that W won the election - except for the crap dished out on election night - every other bit of evidence shows that the election was stolen.

W will go DOWN in history.

5. This administration is a house of cards
built on shifting sands and the Ponzi scheme that is our current economy. Not to mention that it's ...um...oh yea an insane asylum run by the inmates, while the foxes are guarding the henhouse. Hell, just about every hackneyed metaphor is applicable while this American Rome burns. Amazing that 52,000,000 Americans learned nothing from history or literature, and are only now smelling the coffee they can no longer afford to drink.

9. 52 million?
Edited on Fri Oct-07-05 07:25 PM by BeFree
I think the actual figure is closer to 48 million poor deceived voters. Deceived and misinformed.

There is evidence that 4 million votes were stolen from Kerry and given to Worst president EVER.

And if we don't get rid of the electronics, it will happen again, and again.

7. ... and loses Republicans to the Independents
Those in his own party are still overwhelmingly positive about his performance (nearly 80 percent approve), but the president receives little support from either Democrats or Independents.

Okay, so his party still likes him.

But wasn't there a poll recently that said fewer people said they were Republicans? So when they stop approving of him, they stop being Republicans. So his 80% approval rate is with a shrinking number of Republicans.
