What the heck is going on in Arizona?
AZ Sec. of State Calls Transparent Election Advocates 'Anarchists', 'Conspiracy Theorists'!

Republican Jan Brewer's Re-Election Announcement Interrupted by Demonstrators
Activists Object to Her Recent Decision to Allow Unsecure, Hackable Diebold Voting Machines for Use in Virtually Every Arizona Precinct!

During her speech today, according to the Arizona Star, "which boasted of the state getting rid of the last punch card ballots as part of her accomplishments since being elected in 2002 but one that never mentioned the Diebold contract" the Republican official in charge of ensuring free, fair and accurate elections in the state was repeatedly interrupted by advocates for transparent election who objected to the use of Diebold's failed machinery in the state.

2. My mom lives in AZ, and today she mentioned wanting to move.
She's lived in Tempe since the early 60's, and today she told me she's considering a move to NW Washington state.

The closing line of her e-mail was, "And it's close to Canada."

3. Distractions and talking points.
Following the * line of attacking the messenger instead of dealing with the issues. They're not going to stop, however, it's becoming more transparently devoid of merit.

5. Cheers to Arizona Anarchists! A more patriotic, intelligent, courageous,
eloquent and true-hearted assembly of liberty-lovers never graced this republic! Kudos and plaudits and laurel wreaths to you all!

6. They're trying to frame the "dissenter." Literally.
Whenever someone goes up against City Hall, the commissioners refer to him as a dissenter. It has a way of lessening support.

8. The repugs in power here in Ohio;
Don't even have to say that much. It's been a one party system here for a decade and the public seems too complacent to care.
