Ballots !! Asst. MO House Floor Leader finds definition
After months of silence from our SoS, Dem. Robin Carnahan, our Assistant House Floor Leader has stepped in to help Missouri voters.

I received his email this evening and it brings up some very interesting questions about the physical nature of these things our SoS has told Missourians that we cast--- "ballots".

Perhaps some of you from other states have made similar requests?
Are there similarities, differences? Are there any who are expert (or just daring) enough to weigh in on this question?
