The database has precinct probabilities of Kerry votes being switched to the other candidate positions, and location probabilities of Kerry to Bush vote-switching.

I am particularly interested in the statistical test that examines the distribution of individual digits. Genuine raw data has a frequency of 1's about double what you would expect, whereas invented data is more evenly distribted.

There was an academician who tested 2000 Florida results and found suspicious patterns. I believe he only looked at the second digit of the official results of each voting place. Cannot seem to recall either the statistician or the name of the test.

The URL, however, did not load. I would be interested in seeing the results.
