to compile list of elections since 2000 that were close? I'd guess all the close ones have swung Republican at the final count depending on availability of computerized voting. Couldn't this become rather convincing circumstantial evidence for fraud?

It would be evidence that polls and exit polls are notoriously unreliable in any election involving Bush or Rove.
But seriously: it already IS convincing circumstantial evidence for fraud. It's just not going to be investigated until Democrats have the power of subpoena in the House and/or the Senate.

I've actually been around for a while, lurking mostly. I still think it could make an interesting case to compile all of the close elections (and not so close) that swung Republican since 2000, whether computerized voting was used in them, etc. I don't know how to get started though.
