Any Updates from the BBV team? It sure is quiet over there...
I know Bev was on Randi Rhodes this week and heard something about her winning a lawsuit on AAR this morning, but their website has not had updates or even any postings lately from anyone on their team. Does anyone have any idea what's up or can someone check in with them to see if everything is ok? Bev and team- if you are reading this, it would sure be good to hear from you guys- at least to say that all is well and things are moving ahead as planned. Something-- anything- would be great.

Frankly, after reading Greg Palast's most recent piece and looking at the overall numbers in the 2 states we are (hopefully) getting recounted, my worry is that without the hard evidence they have gathered regarding the e-voting, this is going to be a rather tough battle. Am I being too impatient?

1. Good Question
I hope someone from Bev's team is reading DU. I donated 100 bucks to her efforts and would like to be able to keep track of their comings and goings.

They need to do a better job of informing those who support them of where things stand.

2. Yep.
You sure are.

Think of it this way: Pres. Peckerbreath gets inaug'ed. Get's feeling all fat and sassy.

THEN, the real shit hits the fan, is proven to everyone and he sits there. In office. Totally discredited in the eyes of the world. Illegitimate in the eyes of the country.

That might almost be fun. Tonight's fantasy.

7. Um,...Ew!
Can we have the * DOESN'T get inaugurated fantasy, first, please? THEN it can all hit the fan. Then Senator Kerry is inaugurated. Yes? ;)

5. Even a snippet would be good, Bev... Just a crumb of a hint?
I too sent money and like all of us, have been directing everyone I know to BBV. They are understaffed, totally swamped, working round the clock- all of the above. But I worry that if we don't keep the momentum moving, people are going to let this story die and it is WAY TOO BIG for that (as we all know).
So if anyone has any way to reach them, or if anyone from our beloved BBV team is reading this- we love you, we support you, we miss you and we'd sure like to hear from you.

We'll take even just a wink!

6. Wait
and do some good of your own. The long slog to TRY and reform e-voting will be pretty numbing. Might as well settle in for the long haul with what we can dig out for America the occupied.

IF Bev and the fearless few are as busy as they have been, I'm not surprised.

I would love a pleasant surprise. Not expecting one. How long did the Berlin Wall last?
