1. I heard Randi Rhodes talking about it two nights ago
I can't see anyone claiming, no matter how large the reward, because surely they would be landing themselves in gaol.

not unless they perpetrated a crime; there may be someone who justs "knows something" but didn't "do anything".

4. That's the thing , how would someone just 'know something'?
It's not the sort of thing that would be discussed, even between friends, if only one was involved. Another thing, wouldn't the perpetrators be fearing retribution from 'The Planners', if the fraud was proven because of their loose mouth?
