If fraud isn't proven and Bush is inaugurated, if fraud is proven later could Bush be removed from office?

1. Once he's inaugurated the only way to remove him |
|
constitutionally is to impeach. So it would have to proven he had knowledge of and condoned the fraud.

Fly to the moon by flapping your arms, than getting a bill of impeachment now.
No, the battle is now for minds.

3. According to a Constitutional scholar... |
|
on a talk show the other night, the fraud would have to be proven directly against Bush, i.e., he had direct knowledge of the fraud and some connection to it, in order for any consequences to befall him after inauguration. It would then be an impeachable offense, which, as we know from the Clinton years, is subject to political forces, not necessarily legal ones.
I feel perfectly secure in saying that the fraud committed, if such existed, was carefully kept away from the President's tender ears, so that he would have deniability. Otherwise, what was the point of Karen Hughes sitting him down on the afternoon of the election and telling him he had lost, based on the exit polls that had been released?

I agee completely. I suppose I'm naive, but I believe that if it were shown conclusivley that Bush participated in a fraud in order to be elected, enough Republican reps would flip to impeaching him. They have future elections to look toward, and they can't be on record as supporting election theft.

11. Karen Hughes sat down with Shrub... |
|
on election day to tell him he had lost? Please forgive my ignorance on this one. Election day I volunteered, election night I was engaging in some Blue County immorality, 11/3 I was in a stupor, and over a week and a half later, I still can't stomach network/cable news.

However, it would give this administration the evil face that it deserves. Bush's "friendly populist" (doofus) personality is the cover that fools too many into believing his whole stinking crew is somehow harmless.
