3. I am not sure but in florida it is county by county website and we have

high percentages of absentee ballots because of recent hurricanes. Furthermore, I voted by absentee ballot and the local dem candidates didn't even have the party name behind them but all the republicans did and my signature verifying I voted was only on the outside of the envelope. There are no names of citizens on the ballots. I believe collier county had to start making copies because they had more requests than ballots.

4. Some precincts have their absentees included in with the machine total.

In my county in PA, where I am a poll worker, we hand-count the absentees on election night and include the totals on the hnad-written general return sheets with the counts from the machines. NOTE we are still on old LEVER MACHINES here.

As such you probably would have a hard time finding the separate totals. There are separate columns on the return sheets for machine and absentee (so Election Board could get the totals for each if needed) but the grand totals from the precinct as reported include BOTH.

Other counties in PA may be different, and of course other state are different.

5. The main reason I want them now, is because of several peculiar

results reported at DU; the first that really caught my eye was the NC vote results, in which about 1/3 of all votes cast were absentee. The exit polls and the absentee votes were much more in agreement (maybe within 1 %age point) than was the final vote. This same phenomenon was noted for Palm Beach(?) Florida, and I think there are others. As I said before, the absentee votes could become the smoking gun for this election, and could validate the exit polls which are now in 'dispute!' (although why they are only questioned in the battleground states...Grrrr)

I'd also like to look at all of the NON-DIEBOLD results compared to their exit polls. This would probably have to be county by county.

The opti scan was impotant in Florida; is that holding true for other states?

9. There is a large % of absentee and early votes here in florida

for example diebold op-scan county hardee county shows less than 33% turnout on election day for democrats and 66% for rep yet the registrations are 63.8 dem 26.7% rep/ 72.16% rep are absentee and early votes and 27.25% are dem votes that are early and absentee. A little fishy huh?

10. All of the Florida Diebold op-scan county results were strange;

when you looked at numbers 'crossing over' for B*, even in the so-called non-Dixiecrat counties. There seemed to be a 5% plus that favored B*, and it seemed to be a constant level, like all of the machines were tampered with. Did you see the study posted here? If not, I'll try to find the link for you.

Are the absentee numbers posted at the Florida Web page?

I'm not convinced by what I've read that only op-scan is suspicious; the common denominator is (or appears to be)Diebold.
