I will check in here if anyone has any constructive ideas on what to say in my five minutes to address the committee (plus 5-10 for Q&A). This bill WILL GET A VOTE ON THE FLOOR OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE HOUSE.

We have an undervote for president of over 10%. He changed all the numbers, and still hasn't started counting the Non-partisan votes! What's a girl to do?
