DIXIECRAT DIXIECRAT.........IS THERE HISTORIC DATA?
can anyone point me to historic data, say the last 5+ presidential elections for some of these supposed dixiecrat counties in florida?

i looked and I sure cant find it.

1. Try the Florida Secretary of State's Web Site
It will take some time but, go to the elections results page at:

http://election.dos.state.fl.us/elections/resultsarchive/index.asp

You will be able to find election results going back to the 1978 races.

Take a look at the North Florida Counties that surround Alachua County and how they voted. Also look at the Panhandle counties ... especially to the east of Leon going over to Duval.
