And what on EARTH gives him so much confidence? All the blazing horns and sirens that went off? NO! He only noticed it when the turnout for his area reached NINETY THREE %!
What if it had only appeared to be 82% or 76% but it was STILL over the ACTUAL turnout? If it hadn't been so freakishly OBVIOUS, he NEVER would have questioned it. "Yeah, that looks about right. Good enough for government work" :eyes:
We are flying on a wing and a prayer with this crap.
