Panel OKs recount in House race lost by Hill (Indiana 9th)
http://www.indystar.com/articles/8/195304-5528-103.html
A recount will begin Nov. 29 to determine the winner in the 9th Congressional District race.

The Indiana Democratic Party sought the recount, as well as a contest of the election results, after the Nov. 2 election showed Republican Mike Sodrel defeated Democratic incumbent Baron Hill by 1,485 votes...
The three-member Indiana Recount Commission -- Republican Secretary of State Todd Rokita, Republican Gordon Durnil and Democrat John Griffin -- voted Tuesday to approve the recount...
Philip R. McGovern, general counsel for the State Board of Accounts, which will conduct the recount with teams of inspectors, said it's a daunting job involving three different types of voting systems, 613 precincts in 20 counties, 400 miles of travel within the district and 280,000 voters.

3. In Ohio, law specifically states recount only that candidate
Hopefully if there is evidence of fraud, someone will file for a prez recount--if it is not too late.
