Kerry ... a republican in Donkey clothing, and how Kerry helped Bush win
I remember way back when, when Howard Dean was "the front runner", how Dean did something that was never done before. He raised millions through the internet through a grass roots movement. Kerry , one of americans richest millionaires, then somehow became "Comeback Kerry".... because the "exit polls" showed Kerry winning during the democratic debates. Even though Dean raised millions, Kerry some how won.... after the media said Kerry was leading exit polls.....who's gonna vote for dean if the media is saying Kerry is winning?

Of course this was a serious threat. because if Dean faced Bush, there would have been problems, because howard Dean would not have gone out without making alot of noise. he would have asked for recounts, and yelled.

yet after the election, kerry conceded and said there were not enough votes. After black people were violated on november 2, 2004, he said we should being the healing process. yes, after all that, lets join hands, sing god bless america, and heal.

Its easy to see, that with the help of the media, they made Howard Dean look like he couldn't get elected by showing an angry face, yelling, and saying kerry was in the lead in the now famous exit polls/

All of a sudden, we have 2 skull and bones brothers, going at it for the presidency. All of a sudden, on on November 3, 2004. Kerry gave up.

Kerry's job? to secure a presidential race between 2 skull and bones men, so if anything funny happened, he could conceded the election right away, and make it look like everything look like it was fair......

and now he wants to run in 2008, after giving up in less then 12 hours, after the greatest voter turnout in the history of america..... yet in 12 hours, he knew he didn't have enough votes....

Kerry, a republican in Donkey clothing...

23. No Dean was smeared by the DNC/DLC
Edited on Wed Nov-17-04 09:03 PM by Carolab
it was deliberate political sabotage. You can read about it in "A Political Mugging in America" from the Center for Public Integrity's website. http://www.publicintegrity.org/dtaweb/report.asp?ReportID=557&L1=10&L2=10&L3=0&L4=0&L5=0

Rove was scared by Dean and the RNC went after him too in the Iowa primary race (negative attack ads by the Club for Growth). Kerry was an easy target--Rove had a whole file of stuff that he was just itching to use. McAuliffe and the DLC pushed Kerry.

I don't know if Kerry is an elephant in donkey's clothing but I have had my doubts. Especially the way this whole thing is going down right now.

Howard Dean raised MILLIONS of dollars...spent 45 of them before any state primaries and ran out of dough right after Iowa...He sealed his own fate

Oh and with the SKull ond Bones crap you sound and rant a lot like someone who left a bunch of nice notes in everyone's in boxes on election night.

There are a lot of things that he is, but a Republican is not one of them.

11. I say Swift Boat mess #1
They say he's faced this issue in his senatorial races. Why wasn't he prepared.

The reasons I have heard most from the other side (their ads worked!)
Swift Boat
Will Raise Taxes
Won't protect us

15. I think he was prepared
Sadly he listened to his idiotic adviser team (Shrum and Cahill) who were both way too afraid of offending voters.

21. We Were (And Still Are) Hopelessly Outgunned
They own the news. They own the voting machinez.
They don't quite own the churches, but some of them act that way.

It wasn't that the Swift Liars' ad campaign was all that great,
it was that it got endlessly repeated in the media, who ran the
ad over and over for free as "news", and discussed it as if it
were factual.

Kerry could have spent ALL of his Federal money in August trying
to fight them and it wouldn't have helped.

There is certainly reason to suspect the election results of being
tampered with, and there are plenty with the motive and opportunity
to do it.

It doesn't matter who we run under these conditions or what kind
of campaign we put on, we will lose.

12. Normally, I would disagree with you...BUT
The whole Skull-n-Bones connection has been an itch hard to scratch since Kerry took the nomination.

Of course, we have the "media" to thank for pointing that out.

I'll stop here before going of about the Illuminati,Masons, and other conspiratorial b.s. that the RW nut cases have been infamous for.

14. Don't diss Kerry, he's the man we want there, not W.
John belongs there....short and simple, hopefully we will make history & it will happen. Barring, that I'm with you, I too was loving Dean. The media made a joke of him when they are the joke. I hope he makes a return cuz he is the man!!!!!! He turned me into a political junkie and now there is no turning back,....love him...but still hoping Kerry is working behind the scenes....time will tell. Get your faith back, DA! It can still happen.

17. You're not alone, although the responses to your post so far
might lead you to believe that. There are several DUers whom I respect very much who would tend to agree with you.

Me? I've never done my own inspection of Skull&Bones stuff, but I don't dismiss it out of hand, either. One thing I've learned in my several years on DU: do NOT dismiss ANY so-called "conspiracy theory" out of hand. No way, no how. Doesn't mean you have to buy it, but keep an open mind about it, enough to allow in a little light if that ends up being the requisite action given additional information.

Sorry you're getting such a sorry welcome from so many of my fellow DUers.

Franky, given Kerry's far too speedy concession, your theory has a little more merit with me than it otherwise might have. There really was just "something" not right about it IMO.

Welcome to DU, and don't let the naysayers get you down.

20. i must admit
this thought has crossed my mind.

i have even gone as far as to ponder if bush has seceretly promised 2008 to kerry for his quick concession and unwillingness to scream voter fraud.

i mean, if kerry can't beat the worst president in history, how does he think he will be able to beat guiliani or the terminator in 08????

22. I can't imagine Kerry agreeing to be smeared
by the Swift Liar Bloated Vets, and would they have allowed Kerry to do so well on the debates. The Skull & Bones stuff sounds kind of dumb when I hear it, sorry if that is rude, I'm sure GWB's father and grandfather had no shortage of adversaries who were yale men.
