Horay for the OHIO Democrats
"Cincinnati - Seeming to brush aside John Kerry's concession speech, the Ohio Democratic Party has launched a federal court fight over nearly 155,000 provisional ballots by contending a proper accounting of those votes might decide who really won."

Maybe this will get the rest to open their eyes and look even closer at the "irregularities" Time to stop being polite and kick some...

6. I wouldn't assume that he hasn't
I think everything is just being done on the QT and rightly so considering Al Gore's experience in 2000.

3. If you're mad at Kerry that's one thing (I personally am not)...
but the party IS fighting. State parties, county parties and others are fighting the good fight. Don't give up on the Democrats. We should take these fine people as an example and all get as involved as we can to influence the direction of the party.

10. Being mad at Kerry for the election atrocities is like
blaming the victim of a rape for being raped. (imho)

I will not try to second guess what is or is not being done behind the scenes by Kerry and/or his reps.

5. Now, if only the "liberal media" would say something other than
"those whiny-ass sore loser Democrats want to steal another election", then this really would be news . . .

11. The spoilage rate is too damn high
"Meanwhile, the presidential candidates from the Green and Libertarian parties have said they will demand a recount of all the ballots in Ohio - which could include a review of another group of votes; 92,672 "spoiled" ballots that recorded no vote for president."

Over 92K in spoiled ballots is over 1.6%. That, coupled with the provisionals, could very well be enough to put Kerry over the top. This is something that must be addressed by federal law. If a ballot is "spoiled" ie, not readable by the optical scanner, does not mean that it shouldn't be looked at to see if a vote can be discerned. Ballots being tossed for being over votes and under votes need to be examined by HUMAN EYES.

By the way, any word on how many absentee and military ballots there are and whether they ever got counted or not?
