Any news on New Jersey?
I've read that if Kerry does well in New Jersey, it will be indicative of what will happen nationwide--especially since pre-election polling showed such a horse race. Does anybody have any exit polls from NJ? Thanks!

4. Don't know yet

I voted early this morning in a heavy democratic area and the lines were longer than I've ever seen before. Many of the private conversations sounded like they were voting for Kerry.

A lady who walked in after me commented that she never saw so many people lined up to vote in our district before. I couldn't resist leaning over and saying "Yup, Freedom is on the march!" she answered "Thank God"

11. My mistake, here's what's posted on
www.wonkette.com which is where the buzzflash link took me:

Hot, Fresh Polling #
5:40 p.m.

CO Bush 50 Kerry 48
FL Kerry 51 Bush 49
IA Kerry 50 Bush 49
MI Kerry 51 Bush 47
MN Kerry 54 Bush 44
NV tied
NH Kerry 53 Bush 45
NJ Kerry 54 Bush 44
NM Kerry 50 Bush 48
OH Kerry 51 Bush 49
OR still too early to get accurate reading
PA Kerry 53 Bush 46
WI Kerry 51 Bush 48
Disclaims a birdie: "*** There appear be problems with exits in the following states that could be tipping numbers toward kerry: MN, NH, VT, PA, VA, CT, DE. described only as 'serious' issues we're looking at. so i would not put too much faith in those results."

So, Kerry has a 10pt. lead!

10. I think the Thuglies didn't bother
No matter how many of them turn out they are way out numbered in NJ. And the youth vote will be huge. ALL my kids and their friends talk about is the draft and how they know * is lying.
