Judicial "Special Master" takeover of OH votecount? |
|
I have read of judges apponting a "special master" to take over a misrun state prison system, and i think also some school systems.
Why not file to have the OH Secretary of State office taken over by a jucicial special master JSM, either in toto, or just to do 1. the vote count of provisional ballots, which word has, the SOS plans to mostly discard on flimsy grounds. Immediate siezure of the ballots is wise.
2. the recount now ordered, requested by the Greens.
BASIS: Blackwell has a clear pattern of malfeasance in office. He {and loyal staff} should be ordered to step aside, clean out their desks, and go sit at home, as a JSM pick up the key and takes over his office.
Lawyers, comments? {i am not a lawyer}.
The same JSM idea for other states?

May not be a bad idea. Special Masters are often retired judges. A special master, if interested, can devote more time to a matter than a judge who has a full calendar of matters. One disadvantage is that the parties are or can be charged for the services of a special master. That is often several hundred dollars an hour.

...and appointed by whom?
If the 2000 election taught us anything, it's to mistrust every level of our government, right up to the Supreme Court. That was the real tragedy of that election. And we're seeing the consequences right now. There is a large segment of the population that will never again trust the election process or anyone involved in it.
