Anyone have a photo of Blackwell they own the copyright to?
I just got a job to do an internet ad for http://recountohio.org to run on a newspaper web site so I cannot just steal an AP photo. The owner of recountohio.org did not understand the copyright issue. I gave him contact info for an AP photog that shot Blackwell in Oct. but that will only work if the AP photog does or can say yes to his request. The ad was supposed to start running today but he never got back to me so my guess is the AP photog said no or wanted $$$.

3. Try to find one in the public domain
Perhaps the Ohio SOS website? If taken by a state employee maybe it would be considered "Ohio state property" ? ...not sure

Good luck!

5. Not public domain
It's relatively safe to steal photos on the internet, but not when the image is going to be in an ad running on a newspaper web site. Deep pockets.
