10. Make Election Day a Holiday

11. Reduce Barriers to Voting

12. Stop Permanent Disenfranchisement

1. Paper Ballots, Hand Counted with Totals Posted Publically...
We had that once, and we gave it up in favor of a machine vote.

Bad mistake.

2. Also, have paper ballots for federal elections, and hand-count
them in the room the voting took place in, before dozens of witnesses.

3. SECRETARIES OF STATE
SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE DECISIONS REGARDING THE ELECTION, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH ANY PARTY'S CAMPAIGN (OR RELATED TO ANY CANDIDATE).

When a voter casts a vote for a candidate, don't hack into the system and change that vote to a vote for the other candidate.
