Baseless Theory - Cage Lists/Felon Lists + Absentee Ballots = TROUBLE

I heard that Jeb kept taking Felons on and off the voting lists.

What if he put them on so that they could "file for an absentee" then took them off for the voting roll print outs (so they would not be able to vote on election day or early voting). The absentees would all just happen to vote exactly as Jeb wanted.

What do you think?

PS - He might then add them back on if they check the names on the absentees...
