? about Cuyohoga provisionals tossed

I'm surprised they tossed so many Cuyohoga provisionals. I think I read somewhere that they have posted the names of the voters whose provisionals were accepted and declined. I think. And I think I read that the voters can appeal to have their tossed ballot counted if they come forward with teh appropriate evidence. Is this true?

Didn't I also read that some polling places had several precincts in one room. Provisionals were thrown out if you voted at the wrong precinct. But in this case, the wrong precinct simply meant the WRONG TABLE. Can someone confirm this? This is just wrong, period. Another Ohio Blackwell scam. Can you imagine having your ballot thrown out because you went to the wrong table?!?!?!?!?!
