I just got this email from the Office Manager of our newly formed Florida Fair Elections Coalition in Voluisa Co. Florida. (www.floridafairelections.org)

"If you are interested in what we have been doing in the last week, watch CNN News at 9:00 or 10:00 tonight. They interviewed Bev Harris of Black Box Voting in our headquarters. Susan has been very actively investigating this election with Black Box while I have been maintaining the office. I'm heading up to the office shortly to see what's going on!

Hi redsoxliberal,

Be gentle with Bev. She has a good history, and has even encouraged donors to give to other organizations instead of hers at times she had more money than she needed. I was once thinking that donations coul dbe abused by groups like this, but BBV has been a tireless machine in pursuing these issues, and I personally have been updating myself on their website for coming on a year now, at least.

I believe her call to have supporters send money to other organizations for the time being was within the last couple weeks, and was posted either here, in DU or through an e-mail to the BBV base. I know I read it very recently.

Hope that helps calm fears that this is a money driven ploy. Also, if you read the threads on DU after she broke the Volusia news you could see that the news drove many prople to give... not so much the anticipation of news.

I have no idea what the reason is for the delay, but it could be just a matter of piecing together a lot of non-sensical data in a way that offers something tangible to the media and to the public at large.

Just my thoughts. :)
