and it is a beautiful beautiful thing: our Democracy at work.

Calm before the storm I just wanted to express my sincerest gratitude for all you guys have done and if the results are what we pray they will be tonight: KNOW that you played a major role in it!

I also want to say personally thank you for bearing with me and with many of us cantankerous activists, pains in the ass, and crabby democratizers. No one else would put up with many of us. But our voices had and have a home here and THIS NIGHT is what it has all really been about.

Namasta and Blessings on you all.

Peace,

Seventhson

the polls are still open in azizona. my roommate is rushing to the polls now. the poor girl rushed home from work, where she had been since 6 this morning, just barely in time to catch the last 30 min of voting. it aint over till its over, and now its starting to look pretty good. plus, they don't count the mail ballots till last, at least in az. most of the mail ballots will be for kerry, because, bush voters weren't worried about diebold.

that looks depressing but we can't forget how many kerry supporters voted early by mail. the mail ballots are counted last. so long as the supremes let us keep counting, kerry's push will come at the last. Son in law on phone now, just closed a poll in Orange County, Fl. He says Orange County will be a landslide for Kerry.

83. Not Really. Depends on which precincts have reported.
Some areas of the state are known to be heavily Republican. They have to wait until they have a good representative cross section of the state to be able to project it. However, I really can't see Bush closing a 19 point lag.

80. Rather is just explaining
that they are merely projecting the winners. I think we are rushing things. I also agree with those who say that the media is still playing their little rw games. Even bushie is playing like he has it in the bag - he is letting the press in to see him and the family. There is no such thing as tradition to these people.

Skinner you are great
Skinner does so much to help us here on this cite. Sen. Kerry will win this tonight I now it. I hate the bush and his people. Sen Kerry is a good man and he was in vetnam in 1970 and he fought so hard and he was wonded and got a medal. I dont understand why the voter in Pennsaylvania and Ohio are not voting for Sen Kerry. They are stupid people in the woods and dont know what is right. My Dad says they are married to each other like the son and daugter. thats wrong. Lets win tonight and bush is gone for good!!!

Bush Wins Florida; Ohio Too Close to Call

By RON FOURNIER
AP Political Writer

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush and challenger John Kerry traded big-state victories Tuesday night, then sweated out a tension-packed conclusion to the race between an embattled incumbent and a Democrat who questioned the war the Republican waged in Iraq. It all came down to Ohio.

Bush won Florida, the state that went his way four years ago after a 36-day recount and Supreme Court decision. Kerry hung on to the Democratic prize of Pennsylvania, but had precious few places to pick up electoral votes that went Republican in 2000 - Ohio, Nevada, Colorado and New Hampshire.

Minnesota fraud. Very odd results:

Look at "Presidential Race by Congression Districts", district 6.

Edit: I hope it is okay to post in this thread. I was afraid it would get lost. I e-mailed this to Kerry web page and to Randi Rhodes.

Networks called the election before anyone bothered to
perform even the most rudimentary
audit.

America: We have permission to say No to this. It is our
right.

We call on every candidate not to concede. Don't play along. It
is your right.

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON Nov 3 2004 -- Did the voting
machines trump exit polls? There’s a way to find
out.
