Kerry should begin picking his cabinet |
|
and prepare to run as a "shadow" presidency. He should do everything that the President would do...except run it from his Senate office.
This will accomplish several things.
First, he'll draw media attention and 2nd, when its finally exposed he'll hit the ground running.
Kerry will always be my president.

4. Now that I think about it. Bush did this in 2000 |
|
When the election was still undecided (and indeed leaning towards Gore), Bush began setting up office and his cabinet as though he won.

7. Sure, and Bush did it again this year to distract us from what was really |
|
happening. Absolutely your idea is sound.

We should start looking to 2008... not make a mock cabinet that will be the laughing stock of the US.
I have no problem with Kerry running again in '08, even though we will have to go through all that baggage again. I personally want General Clark to be the '08 nominee, and maybe Dick Gephardt to run for Veep.
This will sow up Arkansas, Missouri, and Iowa for the blue column. CLARK IN 'O8!
