Is the hacking of the election the biggest conspiracy ever?
Do we have a guess to how many people were/are involved in this conspiracy.

Here's why I ask. If only a handful are involved, then OK, I can see how they can keep their mouths shut. If there are many involved I would think it would be next to impossible to keep the lid on it. Say it's a Brazilian hacker who got 100 G's for the hacking..... Dontcha think they can turn it around and double their money with the type of info that they have by selling their story?

If these dudes exist, the power they carry to turn over the entire US election is immense. Hell...the Damn National Enquirer would pay them a Million just for the story.

Just askin.....

1. A conspiracy isn't even necessary
All that was required was willfull negligence, and the willingness to trust in the nature of individual Republicans acting without direct orders to automatialy cheat on their own.

3. if somebody could produce one shred of truth that the count was
physically hacked (other then the regular repug dirty tricks) then yes that would be a biggie. probably the biggest in our small history.

4. Here is you a question? Are some of the media outlets
owners or CEOs a part of the conspiracy? If so, can we hope that they can be tied to it and not only will we be freed of the BFEE but our media will be free to actually report the news and the facts?

Wouldn't that be so sweet!

6. Read Confessions of a Republican Hacker
Mr. Herrin, a computer security professional and former hacker, shows how easy it is to hack into central tabulators, and to otherwise manipulate the results of an election. It would not take many people to carry out a plan of this nature.

9. LIHOP is about tied, MIHOP is much worse
But it's not really a question of qualifying the size of the conspiracy. They're all bad, and there's been about a dozen within the last 4 years.

12. Remembering RFK & MLK
I don't believe it takes many people "in the know" to subvert the will of the people, but it requires many to close their eyes to allow such things to occur. :(

13. I heard the Pres. election of 1876 was stolen.
The election Karl Rove studied. Or so I've heard.

I mentioned getting immigration papers for Canada, to my 80 year old father today. He, not unlike Chomsky, seems to be taking most of this in stride. Yes, he absolutely hates Chimp and his gang. But he sees a bigger picture. One where history repeats in cycles. One where evil is never eliminated. It's just par for the course when one asks for leaders.

16. Hmm hacking of an election vs murdering the president (1963)
I think the bigger one has to be killing JFK in 1963. There have been many, and I think this election stealing business is pretty damn big, but killing a president and getting away with it, basically taking over the government and altering the course for America...that's big.

17. Killing is worse, but this is bigger in that it undermines democracy.
Actually... it REMOVES democracy.

It's not killing, but it removes the democratically chosen leader from power for the foreseeable future.

In a way, it's like killing ALL the presidents we might ever elect before we elect them.
