if you've never seen any of the Dogma 95 group's work see "Festen". Eerie and superb insight into r/l. The dinner party speech by the son just made my jaw drop. I won't spoil it but...what he sez is sooo unexpected and earth shattering. Recommended by McKenzie.

"The Idiots" is good too. But, I'm a Euro-film fanatic so please forgive me.
