House M.D. Season 5-Spoilers below....

Man, the past couple of weeks I've been hunkered down with DVDathons, and I finished Season 5 of House the other day, and man, it was a pretty good season.

About the only thing detracting from the season was the 13/Foreman arc about mid season, where their relationship was center stage, at times it felt like there was no House/diagnosis going on, with Taub/Kuttner just being decoration.

The last 7 episodes or were the best of the season, with Houses methadone approach(I can't believe Foreman's nipple twister), and the inclusion of Anne Dudek, and House losing his mind...

Plus the Meatloaf/Kuttner episode was pretty good, it was handled well, and House's attempt to find "what" he missed/or didn't see in Kuttner was pretty interesting.

The last few episodes were very well written/done, they had me believing in his delusions, and I didn't pick up on the signs until the cat was out of the bag. I cannot wait to see what happens in season 6, with House in the Mental Ward and how Wilson/the team deal with his absencse. On a scale of 1-10, 5 being average I give House season 5 a solid 8.5

1. When will it be shown?

What night? What network? I missed most of season 5 becaused I was in the process of moving...but I am , naturallly, in love with Dr. House! Ha! I have TV and Dish installed now and do not want to miss season 6.

3. I remember when I first saw House I HATED him and the show...till

I had nothing to watch and decided to give it a look see...I am truly in LOVE with House and watch it every Monday night on Faux no less, at least here in Detroit.

5. Same here, my first episode was the

Austic kid with cat worm things in his eye ballz...I really wasn't impressed but my parents swore by the show...so Nov of last year, they had a HUGH marathon of House during Thanksgiving, and my wife and I watched House all day long...we were hooked. The Tritter/Vogler arc really got us....

During New Years eve, they had another House marathon, were they predominately showed season 4, and House's Head/Wilson's Heart episodes just sucked me in big time...

4. Usually I see House on the USA network

and your local Fox Affiliate. The new season starts at the end of September, I don't have an exact date on that.

I started getting dvd seasons because USA/Fox channels would jump around all the time with an episode of season 1, jump to season 5, then jump to an episode in season 3...I was so confused about what arc pertained to what storyline.

I think of all the seasons, we particularly like Season Two the best. And I did like the Suvivor-like competition of 40 fellowship candidates.

6. Hmm, its hard to pinpoint which seasons are my favorite

but currently, I liked Season 3, Season 5, Season 4, Season 2, Season 1...but hell, they are all so damn good...its hard to really pinpoint which season is the best...
