Poll question: What percentage of viewers will vote on a poll? |
|
It seems to me that from every 200 viewers to a thread with a poll in it, around 30 to 40 will vote, and around 10 (which are almost certainly within the vote-group) then comment - even if there's not a lot worth saying!
So, I wondered, if the vote were simple*, not contentious or religious or theological, would the vote rate be higher, or do viewers to a thread who are of the non-vote and non-comment type, still not vote and not comment.
Lets see!
My prediction (once 200 viewers have viewed)
TRYPHO * - the question couldn't be about the vote itself or the voters later on might try and influence the result.

1. I actually will comment on polls I don't vote on |
|
Particularly if I find the poll to be too flawed to accuarately convey my position. In this case though I voted. :D

I have also commented on polls in the past when I have been unable to vote on them - but my comment for this poll did give that option - I said MOST comments will have been by voters.
I am glad that this poll passed your keen eye for acceptability.
