Choir director arrested, allegedly found performing sex act with man in alley
Black Collar Crime

Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - A Louisville choir director has been suspended after being arrested. According to police, Troy Bell of St. Stephen church was found near an alley off south Floyd Street performing a sex act with a man.

He was picked up on a bench warrant and was cited for having a suspended license, expired tags and no insurance. Bell was also cited for loitering.

“We are concerned about that because we have 100 employees and 13,500 members and every employee understands that we have zero tolerance for immoral or unethical conduct,” says Reverend Bill Hollins of St. Stephen church.

Bell is suspended from his duties as director of the steward choir at St Stephen’s southern Indiana campus.

I don't care what the choir director was doing (tuning up?) but the "Reverend's" comments are hilarious. "We have zero tolerance for immoral or unethical conduct." In my 50+ years of experience as a US citizen I've found the most immoral or unethical people in the country are "christians."

7. A gay choir director?
Never heard of such a thing :sarcasm:

No, really. Have you ever attended a meeting of the American Guild of Organists?

9. Imagine that!
A gay choir director?! How often does that happen?!

I don't think I've ever met a straight male choir director or church organist.

10. You need a licence to have sex, now?
He was picked up on a bench warrant and was cited for having a suspended license, expired tags and no insurance.

What lousy writing. Presumably this refers to driving, in which case I'd agree this is "immoral or unethical conduct". The sex, not so much.
