Your query has two parts: 1) What is THIS poll question about? and 2) In other words, what's the topic?

Since you capitalized the word "this" in the first question, it seems to exclude all other questions, including the proceeding one. Though if I consider this to be true, the proceeding question either looses it's context (which seems silly since it is in the same subject line as the first query), is meaning less (though I can understand it), is the same question in disguise (though it could not be understood without the first question), is not difficult at all (I am feeling very hot and groggy right now), or something else.

I would guess this one would have to be based on the frequent claim that your posts are largely nonsense.

I do not have an off-topic topic to talk about, and there is not much of an on-topic topic in this poll for me to write about either. So I think I am wrong in both cases. See, is my comment off topic or on topic? I do not care and no one else should any way.
