When will these people learn...
...to seperate CHURCH AND STATE!!!!!????? I don't understand why a man's religion has anything to do with his ability to lead a nation of a collection of people and religions. In all actuality, our president should be void of any religious beliefs, but that'll never happen, so we

have to focus on his governing principles, not his religious ones. Oh say can you see, a new dawning age in sight?

"Can a Christian Vote for Obama?

I recently read a blog post by a Christian friend that brought up a very serious issue regarding the notion that a person can profess to be a true (follower of Jesus Christ) while at the same time side with a man who goes against the teachings of the bible.

If a person professes to believe God and trust His Word then that person must not fashion themselves a god in their mind that they are comfortable with because this is idolatry and scripture makes it clear that no idolater will enter the kingdom of heaven (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

So the question is raised for professing Christians. Can a Christian Vote for Obama who chooses to fashion for himself a god that is different from the God of the bible?

Please goto the link and view the blog titled, (To Aid and Abet "Christian", Are You Guilty?)"

1. In the big picture, the answer is "never."
If a bunch of people believe in an all-powerful creator of humankind and the universe, and they furthermore believe that this creator set down some rules we're all supposed to follow, it's pretty much inevitable that many of these people are going to believe that these rules obviously supercede any secular authority, and that voluntarily limiting themselves to "separation of church and state" is not only undesirable, but arguably a sin.

So, we're going to be fighting this battle continuously until some hypothetical time in the future when theism is abolished. Which may also be "never."
