Are you giving up anything for lent?
I know this isn't an extremely religious community, but I just wanted to suggest that if you give up anything for lent, you should give up cheap consumer crap from China.

I think that in this time of economic peril, we should A. readjust our spending priorities, and B. buy American, not Chinese.

It's with these values in mind that I'm doing work with Wake Up Walmart. I think Walmart is one of the most destructive businesses in America and I think their reliance on cheap Chinese goods is the poster child for our crippled economy.

That's all I have to say. If you're interested in fighting the good fight, join me at Wake Up Walmart!
