Cambridge woman says ex used Snickers wrappers to put curse on her
Cambridge woman says ex used Snickers wrappers to put curse on her

Cambridge —

A 57-year-old Cambridge resident reported Dec. 21 that she has been harassed by a person leaving objects on her lawn for about three years.

She said someone has been leaving objects such as pennies, dimes, straws and Snickers wrappers in her yard as a threat.

The woman said she has an ongoing problem with her ex-husband, and she believes he is sending people to her house to place these objects in her yard and that they are meant to be a curse on her.

2. Does she live near
a high school or a mall? Could just be random trash.

Seems to be a damn silly way to harass someone. Snickers wrappers? Scary stuff those Snickers wrappers.

4. Meh. She ought not worry about Snickers wrappers.
Finding a Charleston Chew wrapper OTOH would be cause for alarm!

6. I once had a neighbor who accused me of peeing at her front door repeatedly...
and cutting her cable wires sixty three times. She tried to have me arrested several times and the Comcast people were constantly at her house. Apparently, she had a habit of suing neighbors and using the police or the condo association to harass her imagined enemies. It was an awful experience but I ignored it and in a few years she moved on to someone else.

8. They're probably not reporting the woman's name because she's mentally ill.
But it's pretty hard to tell the difference between religion and insanity.

10. And you're sure there's a difference?
- If so, please explain. Because it could be short-term memory loss and she's the one whose put all that junk down there. And she just keeps forgetting. I understand this happens a lot with Christians.

11. I see no evidence the story has any factual basis at all. It's certainly not possible to investigate
it further. That, apparently, does not prevent you from speculating wildly
