Last year, I asked if anyone had information on "The Family", a cult group from California

I ran into in the mid 1970's. I just found some and here is a link to a WA PO article from 1993 on them:

They are AKA "The Children of God". When I briefly talked with some of them - and some who left them after a short time - they seemed to have a lot of money and to advocate sex with pre-teen children. They had a farm in Northern California in 1975...

4. Rachel Maddow did several exposes on a cult called the "Family"

and their influence on members of congress that live in a house owned by the "Family" in Washington, DC. Is there any chance that this is the same "Family"?
