there are those on this board who regularly proclaim that there are "militant", "fundamentalist" atheists who are every bit as cruel, vicious, unkind, bigoted, unfeeling, unthinking, murderous, skin-wasting and unworthy to live as the most distinguished fundamentalist Christian. Hopefully this story and hundreds like it will help clear thinking folk decide how much credence to give those claims.

BTW, from my reading of the Gospel of Thomas, I don't see that Christians should have any problems with transgenders or gender changes. Didn't Jesus offer to swap Mary (Magdalene) over?? It's in the Book!
