Here's a too-late-at-night musing... |
|
What would happen if all the candidates for President not only had to be natural born citizens and thirty-five years of age...
But also have to score within certain levels on the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI)? That, or some other NON-BIASED, accredited psych test that would determine whether the candidate was sane, healthy, and understands the concept of 'reality'?
Those who didn't fall within these levels would for whatever accepted excuse be quietly and discreetly disqualified from even becoming a candidate (can't use the term 'crazy as a shithouse rat', now can we?).
I am curious as to what Bush's scores on this particular test would show...or those of Cheney, or Rumsfeld, or Rove, or Rice, or Harris, or..... :scared: :hide: :yoiks:

1. Interesting thought... |
|
weird forum for it though.
:)
I think the whole lot of them, President, Congress-critters, AND judges, should undergo regular psych evals.
But that's me.

4. I don't know that specific one, but most tests are for abnormalities |
|
is cognition, reaction, emotion, association and whatever, but not beliefs. Pres would cut it easy. I'd guess John Bolten (Or whatever that ambassador guys name is) would score lowest.

5. I think Bush is disassociative. |
|
Edited on Fri Apr-28-06 03:49 PM by badgerpup
His conviction that he cannot be held accountable for anything is one sign of a disassociative personality. Example...he's the kind of a guy who (if not the president) would walk into a bar, start a fight with another guy FOR NO REASON, and then wonder why it wasn't the guy that he started the shit with that wasn't the one hauled off and charged. It wasn't BUSH'S fault...in his mind.
