Christians....What Happened To Speaking In Tongues???

When I was a young child in church, "speaking in tongues" was the craze there. The Charismatic Movement was in full swing. What has happened?

10. My Husband Was Into That

He was very active in the Charismatic movement in the Catholic Church when he was a teenager. He got away from it, and so did the Church. He's been looking for a similar type of Pentacostal/Charismatic experience. Unfortunately, along with that you get the RW politics, and it's hard to take the good with the bad. So, if anyone knows of any liberal churches that do the speaking-in-tongues, prophesy, or other Charismatic stuff, please let me know! He doesn't want to give up the "Christian magick" as I call it, but doesn't want to hear some a**hole preacher rant against gays and abortion.
