The D*dgers are in full "celebration of the cheating" mode now!
When the D*dg*rs come to San Francisco next, I wish the Giants would purchase .. you know .. those little odor cakes they put in the urinals, with Manny's head painted on them . and pour them in the bathrooms throughout AT&T Park.

Beer sales would triple just so people could intentionally make extra trips to piss on a cheater. A fucking LA D*dg*r cheater.

Dodgers to give away poster of Manny's slam

:puke: :puke:

LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers are producing a poster with artwork depicting Manny Ramirez's pinch-hit grand slam that moved him within two of tying Lou Gehrig's career record.

The individually numbered posters will be given away to the first 20,000 fans attending the game against Milwaukee on Aug. 5.

Ramirez's slam propelled the Dodgers to a 6-2 victory over Cincinnati on Wednesday night, their 12th consecutive home win against the Reds. It was the 21st of Ramirez's career, leaving him trailing Gehrig.

The poster is the third in a series depicting great moments at Dodger Stadium this season. The first featured Orlando Hudson hitting for the cycle on opening day, and the second one depicted the Dodgers' nine walk-off victories in the first half.

1. So let me get this straight
When the Manny comes to Frisco, the Frisco fans will call him cheater, carry posters that call him cheater---generally give him shit about cheating in the game of Baseball...Rightfully so I think.

Question: Why didn't they do it with Bonds?

Oh---I guess it's because they "unknowingly" knew he was cheating.

Douchebags

3. There are many people in San Francisco who think Bonds knowingly
took steroids.

But what kind of idiot is going to ride your own player when he comes up with two on in the bottom of the ninth and your team is down by three?

BOOOOOOO Barry. You suck!!! You cheat. Strike him out Peavy!!

Come on now.

The main difference is there's absolutely no question Ramirez violated baseball rules. He was suspended. He has come back, and LA fans .. the same people who verbally terrorized Bonds .. are completely looking the other way.

Do I think they should root against him?

Of course not.

But are they fucking hypocrites. Oh, they are hypocrites with a capital H, and nobody can deny that.

5. I realize the excitement of the Nationals moving to within 39 games of .500
has distracted your thinking, but I gave a perfect answer to trumad.

And you know that.

7. OK---so let me get this straight...
You're giving shit to the Dodger fans who cheer Manny after his HR's, etc--- Mannywood, etc....but it was OK when fans cheered Barroid in Frisco?

Won't Frisco fans be hit with hypocrisy when the boo Manny? Won't they be looking the other way as well?

Dude you're in a fucking box and you're upping you douche meter by the minute.

8. I prefer to call it revenge.
I have been praying the Dodgers got caught up in something.

PRAYING.

And now Giants fans will unleash. I have to find a big foam syringe and a fucking asterisk the size of the moon.

And the revenge is only sweeter considering it's a piece of shit who turned down playing for my team .. which BTW, thank God he did.

I can't wait for your answer on this one---because we all know how you'll answer.

10. You want me to accuse Giants fans of hypocrisy in advance of a futuristic
event?

What kind of sense does that make?

14. Manny's disgracing of the game doesn't minimize Bonds' disgrace of the game
It's like all of those folks who say that Pete Rose should be allowed in the Hall of Fame now because of all the players on steroids. After all, Pete never did steroids. There are no degrees when it comes to cheating.

One player's illegal activities don't excuse another's. Barry cheated. Manny cheated. They are both disgraces to baseball.

And, yes, you do heckle a cheater even if he is on your team unless YOU want to be a hypocrite, too. You do shout, "You SUCK, Cheater!"

If you aren't willing to make a pariah out of Barry, then don't slam folks for not making a pariah out of Manny.

FWIW, I think that both of team are disgraces to baseball and should be banned along with Canseco, McGuire, and any of the other syringe-riding disgraces.

11. Urinal cakes -- LOL
Now that's an idea. In fact, why stop at Ramirez? Why not the whole Dodger team? Why not Dodger legends (Steve Garvey, Orel Hershiser, Tommy Lasorda, etc.)?

You want beer sales? I'd love to see a Dick Cheney cake (great tongue-in-cheek marketing possibilities with that one). George Bush (same here -- "This Bush wants your pecker").

Rush Limbaugh, Tom DeLay, Torquemada, Hitler... damn, the list is endless.

18. HA! I know people were putting paper dartboard targets with
John York's face on them in the urinals at Candlestick.

Of course, the communists with 49ers front office tried to get the janitors to confiscate as many of them as possible!

People who normally have stage fright completely forgot about it since it was such a joy to piss on that idiot's head.

15. My dad was a devout Dodger fan. This would make him puke.
Manny makes me want to puke. :puke:

I feel for fans of the Dodgers. I do. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for that team because of my dad, but Manny has disgraced the team and baseball.

You SUCK, Manny!

16. I've read at least two of these posts this week - I am a Dodger fan...
Out of rivalry and Bonds being a jerk in general, I didn't like him. When it turns out he was juiced, I didn't respect him.

Even as a Dodger fan, Manny seemed to be a jerk in general and I didn't like him, but needless to say most people are happy when someone can benefit their team and so I was. When it turns out he was juiced, I didn't respect him.

However, what I said is still true, and most people want the best for their team. For instance, when T.O. was with Philly, most Dallas fans couldn't stand him. And then he joined their team, and they liked him until he became annoying there too.
