8. Back in the late 60s/early 70s Cleveland had a lot of hair-brained ideas

to increase attendance. The one I remember most was a high-wire tight rope act across cavernous Cleveland Municipal Stadium, after the game. I think it was Karl Wallenda.

First and only time I saw the Clown Prince of Baseball, Max Patkin.
